The on-ramp to the central city and further north over the harbour bridge is just around the corner. Alpers Avenue is also on the most direct suburban route to and from the airport. A short walk away is Newmarket, the fashion capital of New Zealand and a premier shopping destination. Newmarket is also a major hub for all Auckland trains and city-link bus services. Location? Driving from North: Exit 431

• Travelling from the city or from over the harbour bridge, take the 'Gillies Avenue/Airport' off-ramp No 431.
• Turn right at the next traffic lights into Gillies Avenue.
• Turn left at the second set of traffic lights into Owens Road.
• Turn left at the end of Owens Road into Manukau Road.
• Take next left turn into Alpers Avenue moving directly into right lane. ALPERS AVENUE IS A ONE-WAY STREET.
• The BOULEVARD is on your right, about 100 metres along.

Driving from South: Exit 432

• Travelling north towards the city, with the railway line on your left, take the 'Market Road' off-ramp No 432.
• Turn left at top of off-ramp, then turn right at the next traffic lights into Great South Road.
• Travel along about 2 kilometres to a major intersection with Manukau Road.
• Go straight ahead into Alpers Avenue and take the right lane. ALPERS AVENUE IS A ONE-WAY STREET.
• The BOULEVARD is on your right, about 100 metres along.
